Faux Maux (Fo Mo) is the fake stage name adopted by Maureen Kelly Nolan in 2003 for the first HOWL Festival where she presented her one-woman show, Girls Girls Girls Crazy Sexy Live Girls Working Their Way Through College. The long name garnered some interest. This show was first presented at WOW Cafe Theater in the Fall of 2000 under the name of Dirty Red Ridinghood. Then she became ill.

Faux Maux is currently alive and well. She continues to perform in sketch and improv at the actor’s school of hard knocks, comedy.
